Data Deletion

You can request account deletion from Settings or by contacting support. We may need to verify your account email before processing the request.

What May Be Deleted

Deletion may include account profile data, provider/source records, device activation records, favorites, history, watchlist items, and preferences where deletion is technically and legally available.

What May Be Retained

Some security, billing, audit, fraud-prevention, legal, or backup records may be retained for a limited period when required.

How To Request

Open Settings and choose Request account deletion, or email support@vievio-plus.space from your account email.

Provider Credentials

Deleting your account removes Vievio-managed access to saved provider credentials according to backend retention rules. You remain responsible for any separate provider account.
