Last updated: May 31, 2026

Vievio is a player and content-source management platform. We do not provide third-party channels, media, or content rights. This policy explains how the portal handles data connected to your account and authorized sources.

Information We Process

We may process account data such as name, email, password hashes, profile preferences, support details, and security events.

When you add a provider or content source, we may process provider names, source URLs, credentials, playlist files, sync status, and related metadata. Credentials are used only to operate the service you requested.

Device activation data may include activation codes, device name, platform, status, timestamps, and token/session records.

If enabled by backend features, usage data may include favorites, watchlist items, playback history, progress, diagnostics, and support context.

How We Use Data

We use data to authenticate users, manage content sources, activate devices, sync catalog metadata, provide support, secure accounts, and improve reliability.

Security

Access is protected by authenticated API sessions. Provider credentials and sensitive tokens must not be shown in normal portal screens or support messages.

Retention

Account and operational records are kept while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You may request deletion through the data deletion page or account settings.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of your personal data. Contact support to start a request.

No Sale of Data

Vievio does not sell user personal data.

Contact
