Playlist & Content Disclaimer
Last updated: June 9, 2026
Vievio is a player-only platform for user-added M3U and M3U8 playlists. Vievio does not provide, sell, host, store, package, or include TV channels, movies, live TV, media content, or playlist sources.
Please read this Playlist & Content Disclaimer carefully before using the Vievio website, user portal, APIs, Smart TV apps, mobile apps, or related services.
1. Player-Only Platform
Vievio does not own, operate, host, publish, transmit, package, resell, or distribute any TV channels, movies, TV series, live TV, radio stations, media files, playlist indexes, or streaming services.
Vievio is empty by default. Users must add their own playlist sources, such as supported M3U or M3U8 playlist URLs or files, from sources they are legally allowed to use.
2. No Content Provided by Vievio
Vievio does not provide:
- TV channels
- Movies
- TV series
- Live TV packages
- Radio stations
- Media libraries
- Playlist subscriptions
- Preloaded M3U links
- Streaming link indexes
- Third-party content packages
Any playlist, guide data, media link, playback item, or related source added to Vievio is provided entirely by the user.
3. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the playlist sources, links, files, credentials, guide data, and playback items they add to Vievio.
By using Vievio, you confirm that you have the legal right, license, permission, or authorization required to access and use any playlist source or media source you add.
You agree not to use Vievio to access, organize, play, distribute, or promote pirated, unauthorized, infringing, illegal, abusive, harmful, or unlawful content.
4. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Vievio respects copyright and intellectual property rights.
Vievio does not support, promote, encourage, or tolerate copyright infringement, piracy, unauthorized redistribution, or circumvention of digital rights management or access-control systems.
Vievio does not verify, approve, or guarantee the legality of user-added playlist sources. Users remain responsible for ensuring that their use of any playlist source complies with applicable laws and rights-holder permissions.
5. Independent Software Product
Vievio is an independent software product.
Vievio is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, operated by, or partnered with any IPTV provider, playlist seller, broadcaster, satellite provider, cable provider, streaming provider, or digital content distributor unless clearly stated in writing by Vievio.
The Vievio name, logo, website, apps, portal, interface, and related software are proprietary to Vievio.
6. Playback Quality and Source Availability
Vievio does not control third-party playlist sources or external media servers.
Because playback depends on user-added sources, Vievio is not responsible for buffering, downtime, broken links, unavailable playlist items, expired credentials, incorrect guide data, regional restrictions, codec issues, audio/video sync problems, resolution changes, or external server performance.
Vievio provides the player interface, but it does not guarantee that any user-added playlist source will remain available, stable, compatible, accurate, or uninterrupted.
7. Platform and App Store Review
Vievio aims to follow applicable platform, app store, privacy, security, and content-policy requirements for the platforms where it is distributed.
However, platform requirements may change over time, and approval or availability on any app store or device platform is not guaranteed.
Vievio does not use preloaded media libraries, built-in channel packages, or bundled third-party content as part of the player experience.
8. Copyright Notices
Because Vievio does not host, store, or publish user-added media content, we generally cannot remove content from external servers, third-party websites, or playlist providers.
If you believe copyrighted work is being hosted, distributed, or made available without authorization, you should contact the service, website, hosting provider, or playlist source that controls that content.
For copyright, trademark, or software-related concerns involving Vievio itself, contact: vievio@126.com.
9. Final Notice
Vievio is a player-only platform. Users must bring their own legal playlist sources. Vievio does not provide content, does not sell media access, and does not host or distribute channels, movies, live TV, or media files.
